Great care is given to packing your order. In the event there is damage in shipping, notify us within 72 hours of receiving shipment to submit a claim for replacement, no refunds. Because of the custom nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Use And Care
Our Bobeches are made of glass and are breakable. Please handle with care. To clean, rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth. To clean candle wax from bobeche, first place a paper towel over sink drain to catch loosened wax. Rinse under hot water until wax melts away and wipe clean. Use tongs, or wear thick gloves, to protect hands from hot water. Mild soap and water may be used. Dispose of paper towel.
